Web Orders
For online purchases made at yankeecandle.co.uk, woodwick.yankeecandle.co.uk or chesapeake.yankeecandle.co.uk, please have your order number and your billing postcode at hand, and start the self-service return process here.

Store Purchases
Do you need to return something you bought at one of our stores? If you purchased your item from another website, or a different store, please contact them directly. They will be able to help you with your return.

Personalised Candles
Personalised Candles can only be returned if they are faulty or misdescribed. Please contact us and we'll be happy to help resolve the issue with your purchase.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us. Refunds can take up to 3-5 working days to appear on your statement, although it is usually much quicker. We'll always refund back to the card that you paid with.
