Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Solid Fire Type Scent, A Workhorse [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased Fireside as wax melts and in the Ellipse form and now have this in the medium size. It's hard to find a good fireplace or fire scent. This one is average. Nothing special but it's acceptable, it does smell some what like fire and a fireplace. It's not cologney, that's a plus as many fire scents use a cologne like scent and it never comes off as a true fire scent. This one is not cologney but is subtle not necessarily weak. The color? Ugh. Gray. Not a fan of gray.

Fireside was the first candle out of the three I burned and I instantly fell in love with the aroma. I shared the candle with my brother and he loved it too. Since I bought the first gift set my brother and I have purchased this scent many times. We can't get enough of the campfire smell, which will bring you back to a lovely fall night. It is a wonderful fragrance for all.

It still has wonderful quality, excellent throw and the most cozy crackling noise as it burns. The woodwick candles are a bit higher in price but the ambiance they provide is unmatched. This scent is cozy and comforting for cooler months.

It's almost a sweet scent, yet with the smokiness of a crackling fire. It has the longest burn time of any other candle I've ever had. I will be buying this scent as long as I can!

Everyone who came into our home remarked on the amazing smell of our home. Said it smelled so warm and cozy. And this candle burned night after night and lasted for over a week being burned for many hours each day. Just do yourself a favor a buy a wood wick candle and try fireside, it’s my family’s favorite.
