Sheer Martini

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml Jasmine-infused Gin
  • 15 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 15 ml Cocchi Americano
  • 4 ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 1 dash of Orange Bitter


METHOD

Simply add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with a little ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
