The Perfect Candle[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have a MidSummer's Night scent, somewhere, somehow, in my house at all times. There is nothing like this candle. I grew up with it, so it's part nostalgia, but it's also just the perfect candle. It's a heavier scent, I know, but that's exactly why I love it. It's helped cut through and eliminate however my house has chosen to smell. I have two cats, and it even cuts through that litter. This could be a Yankee thing, but I'm going with it's a MidSummer's thing, because I adore the scent so much. Highly recommend. It's a classic scent for a reason!

Perfect!I'm not sure why the online store lists medium as the largest jar candle size for this scent. I usually buy my candles in-store, and they always have a large jar candle available for Midsummer's Night. In any case, This was the first candle I bought from YC and has consistently been one of my favorites. It is very masculine, but I personally like that. It is also quite strong, although not unpleasantly so. I use this candle as a fragrance for my bedroom, and I can smell it - just a little bit - if I stand outside the door. I haven't had any problems with how the candle burns wax not melting, etc. I adore this candle!

My absolute favorite for years![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been buying this candle for as long as i knew about the Yankee Candle store which has got to be about 20 years now. I love this scent. I also love black. Of course it's more about the scent though. Everytime I light this candle, it calms me down. This is a big reason why I buy scented candles. I have severe anxiety & PTSD so I use these candles as aroma therapy to help me. This scent is deep & dark, strong but not overpowering. It reminds me of the late night walks my brother & I would take (he passed away 11 years ago which is another reason this candle is my favorite. I think of him every time I light it.) The title is perfect. Is really is reminiscent of a summer night.

Sensual and alluring!Very masculine, musky, with notes of sage, patchouli, Very strong, but I like it very much! It is a romantic scent, definitely a scent you could burn for hours just to smell over and over again. Alluring, dark, and exotic!

"WONDERFUL YEAR ROUND SCENT"I am very particular with the scents that I choose, and this scent will be my choice for years to come. Unlike many other products that are strong in the beginning and fade out quickly, these candles and scents burn very evenly. With the clean, crisp, hint of Evening musk flowing through your home everyone feels so warm and invited! When friends and family visit they always ask what I use... So, I am delighted to always keep Wax Tarts in this scent on hand to share the Love! I hope you find this scent to work as well for you, as it has for me.

Dark Intriguing ScentI was surprised to find myself enjoying this scent. It isn't one I gravitate to normally. I burned it in my bedroom and it had a medium throw that was exotic. It burned well alongside a vanilla candle. None of the scents were overpowering - there was a light cedar wood note in the background which I liked

Love this candle!This candle is great for fighting odors in the house. Love the hints of cologne on a summer night. This is also my husbands favorite candle. If you are having trouble with odors in a small area this will definitely blast them out!
