Fluffy TowelsI received this one as a gift at Christmas and have delayed reviewing it until burning over half way, as I have previously provided positive reviews after a couple of burns, then found variable quality as the candle burns further.
This is, on the whole, a good one. It has a fresh, sharp fragrance - a clean laundry-type scent. Can distinguish the apple and lemon notes above the others. Would be suitable for a bathroom or bedroom and more appropriate for spring, summer and autumn than winter.
This has been a good quality candle which has burned well on the whole. I have had to foil it only once. Throw at first was strong, but became quite light for a time near the halfway point.

My new addictionWonderful in my bathroom. As with many fragrances, it's difficult to describe in words, but once the jar is opened, it's just as you'd expect the scent of Fluffy Towels to be. I burn my candles longer than the suggested times, and in doing so, the aroma changed into one of very beautiful white flowers, like an expensive parfum. Thus this fragrance became suitable for my lounge and bedroom also. Absolutely beautiful, feminine, romantic, and my new addiction

Laundry Musk and FloralsI'm giving this candle five stars for achieving the scent goal of its name. This really smells like towels washed in a high powered detergent with soft florals added. It's a light and clean scent and completely eradicated the smell of burned potatoes in my house.
I happen to hate the smell of powerful laundry musks and would give the scent a 3 for personal preferences, but on a kitsch level I am enchanted by how accurate this scent is. The laundry musks are really accurate to the smell of commercial laundry detergent (this ain't seventh generation) and they are the first thing you smell, up close to the candle the florals are evident.
This scent lingers in the air long after the candle was burned. Quality product, and if laundry scents are your thing I think you might love it.

All around wonderfulThis is the type of candle I would recommend for gift giving, as I can't see many people not liking this scent.
The colour is crisp and will go well in any decor.
The scent is clean, slightly sweet laundry. "Fresh" type scents tend to give me headaches, however this one did not. I was also able to burn it for as long as I wanted and never had to blow it out because it was too strong. It was not weak either however, it filled most of my home with just the right amount of scent.
Burned straight through to the bottom of my large jar and was sad to see it go because I enjoyed it so much!

Smells nice but for me I like a bit more of a med. fragrance & this one is very lightI must say I agree with "Miapia". I also absolutely LOVE Clean Cotton but just wanted to try something different so I bought Fluffy Towels instead because it smelled nice in the store & reminded me of Clean Cotton. I am not saying it smells bad at all. I just thought it was to light of a fragrance for me (that's all, NOT Yankee Candle's fault). I personally just wont purchase it again but if anybody is more of a fan of light fragrances then you might want to give this one a whorl, everyone is different right?

Fresh ScentI bought this for my daughter who likes the crisp and clean scents while I tend to like like more mysterious heavier sweet scents like Grapevine and Oak, Midsummers Night and Midnight Jasmine or Autumn Leaves. I still think this is a good scent. That is what I like about Yankee candles there is a candle for every mood and season. I like the Seasonal scents..I know if I am burning lilac blossoms it seems like Spring or Beach Walk makes me feel like its Summer. Then of course the Holiday scents like Autumn Leaves for Fall & Thanksgiving & Balsam and Cedar for Christmas are now part of Holiday traditions at my house. I love all the different scents Yankee has.

no throwSadly, I'll be returning this one. I bought it because of the reviews. When I opened it, I could faintly smell the candle, but it was really a beautiful blend of fresh fragrance. But I really love the blend, however nobody could smell it when it was lit. So, I put it in our small bathroom. Still nothing. My rule of thumb is when a scent is light, it goes into a smaller room. If I still can't smell it, it's returned. If it was stronger, this would of been a favorite like the sunwashed linen. The reviews were great, which is why I bought it. I wish the throw was stronger, otherwise the formula is incredible.

Fresh, Clean but not OverpoweringFluffy Towels is the pure scent of laundry. However, this scent is not as over powering as other cotton or clean scented candles. If Clean Cotton is a bit much for your nasal passages then try Fluffy Towels. It offers the same clean scent but with a more subtle undertone, more comfort and added softness to the scent. Perfect for sunny days and sleepy, relaxing afternoons.
